Stakeholder Engagement Brainstorm

We need a volunteer to help us brainstorm practical approaches for identifying and engaging hospital decision-makers, clinical leads, and community partners to advance a dedicated cleft care center in collaboration with international hospitals. The volunteer should help us outline stakeholder mapping, prioritization criteria, outreach channels, and initial engagement messaging. Specific partner lists and context will be provided during the session.
