Developing a Marketing Strategy—Where to Begin?

Our organization is crafting a marketing strategy for a successful startup healthcare nonprofit organization. We need assistance with fundraising and are looking to build a marketing strategy that will be effective for our organization. We would love to bounce ideas off an experienced marketer, including events, campaigns, and fundraising drives. We are looking for advice on how to begin planning for such a large marketing initiative with a small team.
