Refresh and update promotional graphics and materials for our annual fundraising race. Work with staff to create cohesive, brand-aligned assets for print and digital use. Exact asset types, sizes, and quantities will be defined with the volunteer during interviews.

Updated promotional materials will boost event visibility and donor engagement for our largest annual fundraiser, helping secure the revenue that supports advocacy, resources, and direct support for children impacted by foster care. Volunteers will make a tangible difference in sustaining our programs.

Existing materials, branding notes, timelines, and a primary staff contact will be provided during volunteer interviews. We will collaborate closely, provide timely feedback, and agree on review cycles so the designs can be implemented before the event.
