We are looking for a volunteer skilled in evaluation to create a simple evaluation framework and a set of tools. These program evaluative touchpoints should include: aligned indicators, brief pre- and post-training surveys, a session feedback form, an observation notes template, a partner follow-up survey, and a short summary/report template.

These monitoring and evaluation tools will help Creshendo measure participant learning and how partner organizations apply training, enabling improvements to facilitation, advocacy communication, and community learning. Volunteers will directly strengthen services that support displaced people's integration and self-reliance.

Creshendo will work closely with the volunteer, share program objectives and training outlines, provide timely feedback on drafts, and commit to piloting the tools. Details will be provided during interviews and the volunteer will be supported throughout the engagement.
