We are looking for a volunteer to develop reusable budget templates delivered as editable spreadsheets, with documented assumptions and brief guidance for staff.

Out of scope activities:
-Developing a 2026 budget
-Ongoing budgeting or accounting support
-Setting up a budgeting software

Having a solid budget template will help the organization allocate resources effectively to support Heart Warrior families, plan programming and outreach, and demonstrate financial stewardship to donors, increasing our ability to provide comfort, resources, and hope.

We will provide existing financial records, program descriptions, and a primary staff contact to work with the volunteer. Our team will be available for regular check-ins and timely feedback.
