Frontend Visual Design for Guided Wix Studio Nonprofit Website

A visually intuitive, guided frontend design for our existing Wix Studio website that helps single fathers easily navigate support based on where they are in their parenting journey.

We have already completed the site’s information architecture and visual sitemap in Wix Studio. Note that this project is not a full website rebuild. The backend, membership system, and page structure already exist. We are seeking a volunteer designer to focus on frontend visual design, layout refinement, typography, color usage, accessibility, and overall user experience clarity within the existing structure.

The volunteer will help:

Apply a cohesive visual design across existing pages in Wix Studio

Improve navigation clarity and user flow for first-time visitors

Design intuitive Center landing pages aligned with our guided journey model

Ensure the site is mobile-friendly and accessible

Experience with Wix Studio is required.

Single Fathers Network exists to strengthen single fathers and their families by providing guidance, resources, and community across parenting, wellness, legal, and financial challenges.

Many of the fathers we serve are navigating stress, isolation, and complex life transitions. A confusing website becomes a barrier to help. By improving the visual clarity and guided flow of our site, this project will directly help fathers quickly find the support they need without frustration or overwhelm.

The volunteer’s work will impact hundreds of active members and future fathers seeking help by making our digital front door welcoming, intuitive, and dignity-centered.

We have already completed the foundational work needed for this project, including:

A finalized visual sitemap built in Wix Studio

Clearly defined Centers of Impact and user journey paths

Approved content structure and page hierarchy

Internal alignment on goals, scope, and implementation

The volunteer will be working from an existing Wix Studio site with editor access and a locked architecture. Our team will be available for weekly check-ins, timely feedback, and fast decision-making. Once the frontend design is complete, our team will implement and maintain the site internally.

This project is intentionally scoped to fit within Taproot’s engagement model of 2 to 5 hours per week over a limited number of weeks.
