Creshendo is seeking a social media strategist to help us set up the systems and structure for managing content more effectively. This short-term capacity-building project focuses on improving planning and organization, not ongoing management.

Over 6–8 weeks, the volunteer will:
• Develop a monthly content calendar template
• Create a coordination workflow between our copywriter, graphic designer, and communications team
• Build a posting schedule we can manage internally using our existing tools (Metricool)
• Align content with brand guidelines, working alongside our brand strategist
• Recommend best practices for managing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

This project is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to creative processes and wants to leave behind a system a nonprofit can sustain.
Creshendo is a global nonprofit co-creating education, storytelling, and economic programs with migrants and displaced communities. Social media is one of our key tools for reaching partners, funders, and the communities we serve.

By helping us organize our strategy and internal workflow, a volunteer will free up our creative team to focus on content and ensure our message is delivered with clarity and consistency.
You’ll be supported by our Communications Lead and have access to current brand guidelines, existing content, and platform analytics. We’ll provide clear background on our team roles, current process, and pain points. Deliverables will focus on structure, templates, and a clear handoff system, not managing content on an ongoing basis (unless interested!).
