Co-design and pilot a simple Ops Desk that centralizes intake → triage → dispatch → close-out for facilities/housekeeping/grounds/office needs. The format is open (paper wallboard, basic spreadsheet, or hybrid) and should evolve through testing. We currently use a simple Excel (Date Reported, Title, Domain, Priority, Owner, Status, Notes, Due, Guest-Facing?, Safety?) and want a clearer workflow, simple roles, and basic reporting.

A reliable Ops Desk improves guest safety and hospitality, so issues get handled quickly and calmly. That protects programs, reduces avoidable costs, and frees staff to focus on contemplative care—directly advancing our mission of spiritual support in a woodland sanctuary.

You’ll have an executive sponsor and a small implementation team, plus daily staff huddles for quick feedback. We’ll give you a single point of contact, fast decisions, access to end users, and a defined pilot area to iterate. Outputs will be adopted immediately by an identified steward.
