My goal for this Taproot Project is to develop a comprehensive camper recruitment/marketing plan.

Our camp has never faced an issue with filling seats until the last few years. We need to build a marketing campaign that recruits campers through effectively leveraging a variety of marketing channels. This project will build the strategy, but we do not expect this volunteer to also launch the campaign elements on social media, email, etc.

This project will address an existential need to drive camp's enrollment.

The Camp Billings' liaison will be Yutaka Tamura, Billings' incoming Executive Director. Yutaka started his career as a management consultant at EY-Parthenon and thus, has experience working with consultants.

Yutaka will ensure a purposeful onboarding process including sharing key documents. Yutaka will be able to meet with the consultants on a regular basis to ensure the consultant team receives sufficient guidance.
