We would like to partner with a skilled grant writer to create well-researched, compelling, and funder-ready grant proposals. With their expertise, we aim to build a strong library of templates, letters of inquiry, and applications that can be tailored for future opportunities. This project will help us increase our capacity to secure funding and expand the reach of Fascinators and Tea’s programs.

This project will directly support our mission by helping us secure the funding needed to sustain and grow our programs. With strong grant proposals in place, Fascinators and Tea can expand access to etiquette education, cultural experiences, and personal development opportunities for youth and communities. By building our capacity to win grants, we will be able to strengthen the long-term impact of our work.

We will set this project up for success by providing the volunteer with a clear overview of our mission, programs, and impact, along with access to organizational documents such as budgets, past proposals, and data on outcomes. We will also identify priority grant opportunities to focus on and maintain regular check-ins to ensure alignment and progress. By offering strong collaboration, timely information, and open communication, we will create a supportive environment that allows the volunteer to do their best work.
