While our vision is to provide free coaching, mentorship, and Retreat opportunities for our clients, we want to ensure the long-term sustainability of our organization. The volunteer will:
a] Review our current mission and activities
b] Recommend 2-3 potential revenue models that align with our structure.
c] Provide examples or how similar organizations have balanced free programming with earned income streams.
d] Deliver a short sustainability plan, outlining next steps.
