Produce 5 Volunteer Onboarding Videos

Martha's Table is seeking a talented and dedicated volunteer to produce five engaging and informative orientation videos for our new volunteers.

Responsibilities:
--Edit raw footage (provided by Martha's Table) into five cohesive and high-quality orientation videos.
--Incorporate provided branding elements, music, and voiceovers (if applicable).
--Add text overlays, graphics, and animations as needed to enhance clarity and engagement.
--Ensure videos are accessible and meet our communication guidelines.
--Collaborate with Martha's Table staff to review drafts and incorporate feedback.
--Deliver final videos in agreed-upon formats suitable for online platforms.

Volunteers play a critical role in the execution of Martha's Table programming that serves over 30,000 residents in the District of Columbia. The successful onboarding of every new volunteer leads to the advancement of MT's mission to support children, strong families and strong communities with the vision of seeing every Washingtonian thrive.

We have prepared for this project by recording raw footage that include interviews and B-roll. This will be shared with the volunteer via an external hard drive.

These videos will play a crucial role in onboarding new volunteers, ensuring they understand our mission, values, and procedures, and feel prepared to contribute meaningfully to our programs.
