We’d like a 6–8 week growth strategy that outlines how GAAVANI can expand its reach across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp groups, and our email newsletter list in the lead-up to our historic GAAVANI India Tour 2025.

This strategy should identify potential partner organizations, influencers, and relevant community groups for cross-promotion. It will also include recommended collaboration formats (e.g., IG Lives, shared reels, joint email campaigns) and a posting/engagement plan for each platform.

The GAAVANI India Tour honors Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji’s 350th Legacy and features 31 Sikh women Kirtaniyas across 9 Indian cities. Expanding our digital reach will allow us to:

Inspire global audiences to attend the tour or support through donations

Build long-term followers who stay engaged with GAAVANI’s mission

Amplify Sikh women’s voices and Gurbani Kirtan in the global spiritual and cultural conversation

By creating a clear roadmap for growth and partnerships, this project ensures that our message reaches the widest, most relevant audience possible during this milestone celebration.

We will provide:

Examples of past successful posts and campaigns

A list of existing relationships and contacts who may be open to partnerships

We will assign a team member to manage outreach and implement the strategy once created.

Organization Mission

GAAVANI is a female empowerment organization founded in 2022 that uplifts women through the power of Sikh spiritual music. Our focus is on amplifying female voices through Kirtan - a devotional and meditative music practice that is central to the Sikh faith. In just 3 years, GAAVANI has successfully hosted national events across California, Texas and New Jersey. We are now preparing for an ambitious international expansion: a 2-week tour across India this November featuring 31 female Sikh musicians performing in 9 historic cities. This is a first-of-its-kind initiative in the Sikh world and a chance to create history.
