Wix Website Design Improvements

We seek a web designer to create structure and design options for our Wix website. We have an established website with several pages. The volunteer should assess and guide us on how to make it appealing and user-friendly. The designer accessed our website and provided design options that we can easily share with a web developer volunteer or a member of our team who will use the guide to create our new site. It would be great (not required) if the designer could modify our website since we have limited volunteers to assist with the hands-on portion. The volunteer determines their time.

Our work will take place over multiple meetings in six to nine weeks. In our first meeting, the volunteer should interview us about our desired features, our web capabilities, and our technical expertise. Then, they'll synthesize the information into a requirements briefing. We'll engage in various check-ins, where a member or members of our team will provide feedback. The volunteer will audit our current site to create a draft of site architecture and design options including wireframes, site structure, and other visual elements.

We serve students with academic support, including those with learning disabilities and differences. Our students have increased their self-confidence, grade skill levels, and passing test rates, and received acceptance into colleges. Many of our parents have limited funds for tutorial services. We want to expand our population and show a story that will give the viewer confidence that our organization can help their child improve academic skills and compel volunteers to want to be involved

Be a part of a growing organization providing academic support to students and families. We are prepared to brief you about our current website platform, budget restrictions for the build, our branding collaterals and norms, and information about our stakeholder groups and target audiences (parents and volunteers). We've also compiled some photos and developed some languages that we will share with you, as well as samples of sites we like.
We need to improve our appearance and access to our website.
