My goal for this project is to redesign the Events tab on our website. We are looking to create something that is easy to manage without needing additional assistance. Once we have a firm foundation, we'll be able to take ownership of edits/updates needed. Training on how to upkeep the changes will be helpful.

The volunteer will help aid in our mission by keeping our donors and families informed about events as well as fundraisers. Our fundraisers and events provide 50% of our funding efforts. We assist lower to middle class families experiencing the loss of their newborn infant within the first 28 days of life with financial, emotional, spiritual, and most recently, mental support.

We have done the research and have previously partnered with a volunteer to recreate our website according to feedback that we have received. The decision was made to omit the Events tab temporarily as we incorporated it within the Get Involved tab. We are now equipped with more volunteers to take on the task of managing the new Event tab where we will house more information about our upcoming and recurring events.
